The developer behind Sunny Home specialises in residential real estate, specifically the sale of apartments in a housing complex located in Rovinka near Bratislava.
The project offers an attractive opportunity for anyone looking for peaceful living at an affordable price, while still remaining within easy reach of the capital.
Our task at imagons was to create the communication concept, manage social media, and launch traffic campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with the aim of supporting apartment sales.
The campaign process began with selecting the most suitable communication channels. In this case, we chose Facebook and Instagram campaigns supported by a high-performing Google Ads campaign.
We then developed the creative concept, defined the visual style of the campaign materials, and handled the campaign launch and ongoing optimisation.
The main objective was to build brand awareness and support apartment sales. Paid advertising was complemented by consistent and regular social media content.
The campaign achieved its goal. Interest in the project increased following the campaign launch, and apartment sales also grew as a result.
